asked questions

What types of projects do you take on?
I take on a variety of creative projects such as logo design, visual identity, website design, advertising campaigns, print materials, social media content creation, and more. Don't hesitate to ask!

How can I contact you to discuss my project?
You can contact me via the contact form or by e-mail: lottystudio@gmail.com. I'll get back to you as soon as possible.

What is your creative process?
The process starts with understanding your needs via the project preparation form. Then we'll have a discussion to fine-tune the details (by phone, video or over coffee - anything's possible!). I'll then propose some creative concepts, and we'll work together, refining these ideas to achieve a result that fully satisfies you.

How long does it take to complete a project?
The duration of a project depends on its complexity and the scope of the work. In general, a simple project can take a few weeks, while a more complex one can take several months. We'll discuss specific deadlines during our first meeting. Don't hesitate to let me know about your timing constraints.

What are your rates?
Rates vary according to the nature and complexity of the project. Once you've filled in and sent the form, I'll provide you with a detailed quote. Don't hesitate to contact me to discuss your needs and get an estimate.

What information do I need to start my project?
To start a project, I need to understand your objectives, your target audience, your aesthetic preferences, and any specific constraints you may have. The project preparation form is designed to gather this information in detail.

Do you offer returns as part of your services?
Yes, I usually offer several return visits to make sure that the final result matches your expectations perfectly. The number of returns is specified in the estimate I send you.

What file formats do you provide at the end of the project?
At the end of the project, I generally supply the final files in several formats adapted to your needs (for example, JPG, PNG, PDF, SVG, EPS, etc.). If you have any specific requirements, don't hesitate to mention them at the start of the project.

How do you manage copyright and ownership?
Once the project is completed and final payment has been received, you will receive all rights of use and ownership of the creations.

How can I follow the progress of my project?Depending on the number of round trips agreed, you'll be kept informed of the project's progress via the communication channels we've defined (e-mail, telephone, video). You'll also receive overviews and updates at each key stage of the process.
